Built by landlords, for landlords
Padlord is made by us: Vaibhav and Iwona, a husband-and-wife team of UK portfolio landlords. We built it for ourselves first, because nothing out there worked the way we needed it to.
Like every landlord we know, we were juggling spreadsheets, reminder apps, filing drawers and half-remembered renewal dates, while the rules kept changing underneath us. The platforms we tried were built for letting agents: complicated, cluttered and expensive. Given Vaibhav's background in technology and AI, we decided to build the tool we actually wanted.
Our belief is simple: it should be easy for landlords to manage their properties and analyse everything that matters. One clear view of the portfolio. Compliance that surfaces before it becomes a problem. Numbers you can trust when you're weighing up the next deal. That's what we hold Padlord to, every release.

Compliance shouldn't be a memory test
Gas safety, EICR, EPC, licensing, deposit rules, notice periods. The rules keep changing and the penalties are real. Padlord tracks what's due and tells you before it bites.

Yield, cashflow, stamp duty, Section 24, company vs personal. Every calculator uses the same tested engine as the app, so the answer you get is the answer that matters.
