How long it lasts

One payment a year that renews at £59 while you keep the founder annual plan. Monthly Plus is £9.99 for everyone.

If you cancel

You keep Plus to the end of the year, and restoring before then keeps your price. Once a cancellation takes effect, rejoining costs £9.99 a month or £99 a year.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free covers up to 3 properties, compliance dates, 25 questions to Marlow a month, CSV export and every free calculator, for as long as you like. No card needed.

What is the founders offer?

Our launch offer: if your account is created before 31 January 2027, you can take annual Plus at £59 a year instead of £99. It renews at £59 while you keep the founder annual plan. Plan changes use £9.99 a month or £99 a year. If you leave the founder plan, you can't switch back to it in Manage billing.

When am I charged for Plus?

Only if you choose Plus. Checkout takes the first payment straight away, then Plus renews on the same date each month or year until you cancel. There's no free trial on Plus: the Free plan is how you try Padlord.

How do I cancel?

In Settings, open Billing and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep Plus until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then your account moves to Free.

Can I undo a cancellation?

Yes, any time before your Plus ends. Restore it in Manage billing and it carries on at the same price. After that date, rejoining starts a new subscription at £9.99 a month or £99 a year.

What happens to the founder price if I cancel?

It stays while you keep the founder annual plan, including renewals, and restoring a cancellation before it takes effect keeps it. Once a cancellation takes effect, the founder price ends for good, and rejoining costs £9.99 a month or £99 a year.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Plus isn't for you, email vaibhav@bloosprout.co.uk within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that we don't refund part-periods, but you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my properties if I go back to Free?

Nothing is deleted or hidden. You can still see and edit every property, document and record. Free's limits only stop you adding more, for example a fourth property.

What if a payment fails?

You keep Plus while the payment is retried, and your Billing settings show a warning so you can update your card. If the payment still can't be taken, the subscription ends and your account returns to Free, with all your data kept.

How can I pay?

By debit or credit card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, so Padlord never sees your card number. No VAT is added to our prices.

Where are my invoices?

In Settings, open Billing and choose Manage billing to see and download every invoice.
